Pros
* Work with smart, passionate people that genuinely care about what they do and the people around them * You'll be challenged, almost constantly to operate outside of your comfort area. That is hard to do because it is relentlessly expected of you, but it's also incredibly rewarding when you see what you are capable of * Great offices, better people. Respect and diversity is important. * Clear values that I have an affinity to
Cons
* There is constant, unrelenting change at Rokt. That creates opportunity and innovation - and it can also create chaos, ambiguity and stress. They don't hide or shy away from that, but it does make it a hard place to work when you don't thrive in that environment * The high expectations and fast pace mean it can feel like you are not recognized for your work or effort. That is exacerbated as the company adds more people as the 'personal touch' from senior executives get diluted further. * High expectations, lots of change and everything else I've mentioned means some people simply aren't successful at Rokt. You do tend to see nice people performance managed and that is hard for everyone.
