Great place to work with exceptional work environment. Learning is everywhere and unconditional support from the team is uncommon. Salary!!!!!!!! Even if the business doesn't run smooth the so called "Old Man" (Huge respect) clears each and every employee's salary before we step into the next month. He thinks its an accomplishment to keep all his employees Happy!!! How great is that!! Oiling !!!!!!! Whoever has posted this, their Mind is overflowing with degraded thoughts. Empty mind is Devils Workshop. So is theirs. The people who are happy in this company are the ones who are born and brought up with great Ethics. Rest, just blame and criticize others, avoiding some truth about themselves. We (Roljobs) believe, working in silence and our success makes noise. We don't like publicity but these criticizers just cant mind their business and stop making us famous. We can't imagine wasting time on fools who criticize the company & on the other hand cant stand the company being dragged down to a level where these criticizers belong from. Guys!!! See good things around. Go have a Life. You are been blessed. Appreciate it. A 13 year old organization is not built just like that. Your critics cant even shake the leaves around our building , forget shaking the Foundation :-) People who cannot survive here Cannot survive in any company. Take it From me.
