I have been working at Roll-Kraft for past 1.5 years. It has been a great learning experience for me. I was given time to adapt to the environment and was provided training related to my field of work. They help new employees prosper. Work culture is very unique and company focuses on the needs of customer. They have a clean facility and machinists are skilled and highly experienced. Overall, I have had a successful period working here and would recommend this as a great working place if you are a beginner or experienced individual.

Since company focuses on on-time delivery and first time performance, as an employer you have to be focused all the time. There is a very low margin for error. If you like to work hard and face challenges, this is a place for you. If you are laid back, I would not recommend this place.
