Pros

You can work remotely and you get paid on time

Cons

This company has no idea what they are doing. I honestly cannot tell if any of management have worked an actual job before. You’re better off working literally anywhere else. The training was awful, pay is trash, management knows less about your job than you do so make sure you don’t have any questions. Employees didn’t even get meal or rest breaks required by law when I started working there. The company shrunk to nothing in under a year and there were honestly days where I wondered if it would even still exist by the end of the month. The revolving door never stopped spinning. Oh yeah and how could I forget the calls. All I can say is be prepared to deal with difficult callers and situations completely on your own every single day. You will speak with people mid-breakdown with zero crisis training. Also, verbal and sexual abuse from callers are part of the job according to management.

Pros

Rollover Rep is a high standard organization. They don't just "answer phones", they provide a vital service for behavioral health and treatment centers. The training is solid, the team is supportive, and leadership is approachable.

Cons

The work can be emotionally heavy at times, so you need to have a strong sense of empathy and resilience.

Pros

Remote work is a pro in itself! For an ever-growing company, it’s been a wonderful place to grow and learn so many things along the way. I love how impactful yet entry-level the calls can be. It helps the day flow smoothly while still allowing you to feel like you’re truly making a difference. The training material is endless (in the best way), making this a great company to establish yourself while building new skills and gaining valuable experience. The benefits are also very generous, which isn’t always the case with remote companies. Rollover Rep has figured this out and makes an effort to take care of each and every employee in meaningful ways.

Cons

I wish I could be closer to my coworkers; remote work can be a challenge.
