Pros
Fairly flexible hours Good for people who like to work alone They often hire good people (though they don’t stay long)
Cons
Management doesn’t have a direction for the company. Every other week they are changing their minds and going in new directions. They are very inconsistent in what they say and what they do. Often over promising and never delivering. Hard to get time off and they pay 4 hours on some holidays they are closed. They work remote and watch everything you do on cameras.
