Pros

Roofr has reshaped my perspective on what I should expect from an employer. The team here genuinely believes in treating people with respect. Work-life balance is not just a buzzword—it’s a core part of the culture, led from the top by our CEO, Richy Nelson. Time and again, Roofr has encouraged me to set healthy work boundaries and maintain balance between my career, personal life, and long-term goals. Managers actively support their teams in managing workloads and prioritizing mental well-being rather than focusing solely on output. In my role, I work closely with new hires during onboarding. There’s often a moment when someone asks, “This sounds too good to be true—what’s the catch?” I always enjoy that moment because the honest answer is simple: this is the Roofr way. Everyone plays a part in maintaining and strengthening the culture for the next person. Professional development, skills training, and career opportunities are strong advantages of working at Roofr. However, the most impactful benefit is the culture. My experience at Roofr has truly raised the standard for what I expect from both myself and any future employer.

Cons

I truly do have have a bad thing to say about Roofr. The only things that can come to mind when thinking of Cons is that working here has been an incredible experience that I know other employers will have a hard time living up too.

Pros

Fantastic Health insurance. Friendly staff.

Cons

Typical growing pains - processes are firming up and that always means being open to change.

Pros

When I first started at Roofr I thought it was too good to be true... There's no way a company actually treats their people this well. But after being here for almost a year, I can confidently say they really do mean what they say. Yes we are all working hard. yes we are all busy. Yes there are days when it's exhausting (because that's work). But there is also a deep understanding of work/life balance. There are so many times I've been told to log out so that I can focus on my personal life or just take a much needed rest. I honestly love it here. From a company perspective- I'm always amazed at how quickly they are advancing and changing their product, all for the better. The product continues to get better and better every day. It is easy to sell and rally behind because I can confidently say it works and will positively impact businesses.

Cons

None that I can think of. Seriously.
