Pros
Good, manageable workload. Friendly team of people and flexibility on hours worked.
Cons
Lack of transparency from senior management. Lack of communication from the top. Had one company wide meeting in my 18 months which is not enough. Despite numerous conversations for a need of guidance on strategy, it fell by the wayside and was left to one person to manage outbound communications. When it came to leaving, I was hurried out of the door without saying bye to my colleagues. Most employees are contractors, so there's no access to any benefits other than free access to Roon and flexibility. There's a huge breakdown in communications at every level which starts from the top. If the company is to succeed, they have to acknowledge that there's more than five people working there and it's not a start-up culture anymore.
