Clear vision and strategy, leaders are efficient and organised. Supportive environment from a team perspective as well as the organisation of the business. Working with some of the greatest minds in tech, and getting insights to the technology and tools we as people will have advantages from in the new global economy we are moving into. This business is the future, and their ambition is to stay there. Any adhoc requests are catered for if they don't already have a certain service or process already in place, in general a really lovely and buzzing place to work.
Cons
For me, I don't speak Spanish (yet!) So am feeling very guilty (and grateful!) for all my colleagues who are having to speak English in our meetings! IOV offers Spanish lessons to anyone for free, which I will be pursuing!
