Pros

Decent benefits, some knowledgeable execs, wide range of personalities (you can find friends no matter who you are), social atmosphere - happy hour after work, etc.

Cons

Salaries are totally arbitrary - there's no real range for a specific position, it's all about how good of a manager you have - if he or she is willing to go to bat for you. Otherwise, you'll be stuck with crap raises, no bonuses, declining benefits. Management as a whole does not care about lesser employees - regular employees are not paid competitively, while the senior execs and management are overpaid. If you're lucky enough to get a decent supervisor, and work with some good people, it's not bad. But if you're looking to make a career here, go elsewhere. Lots of turnover within the lower ranks of the company for this reason.

Rose Associates Response

We have wonderful people and a good social atmosphere, led by a strong executive team. Under this leadership, we assume a lot has changed since you left. We engaged an outside firm to do a thorough compensation study of every position in the company. We also implemented a new compensation policy and bonus program to ensure that our compensation is appropriate and competitive with our industry peers. We would like to also point out that many employees who leave us for “better opportunities” come back to Rose within a couple of years because they realize the value of our culture and appreciate the professionalism and integrity of the firm, as well as our commitment to our employees.

Pros

Great benefits, and you truly want to stay and you love this type of work and your direct supports.... And, sadly Fridays are only hybrid for in corporate office staff members only....

Cons

The Owner and her direct minions.... Dance and jump around at there meetings as if they hit gold, all of while they miss the mark, to care about the little people, who are working almost 13 hour shifts and managing there teams and trying to work hard, HR just does not care, stay quiet and don't hit there radar.. just smile and look happy and don't offer improvements no one will truly listen and care what your thoughts are and your otterbox thinking. They always say it and it sounds good during the interview but they hear they don't care. Get your budget done. You know update everyone owners as well as your direct. You know VPS and just keep quiet. That's your best way to survive here.
