Great place to work for, if you don't mind working.

$ could be a bit better but it's not awful.

Easy job, good people from management down, good benefits, decent pay, clean facility, good food, potential for growth within the company.

No work/life balance, only get breaks if its convenient, hard work is rewarded with more hard work, while lazy employees get no reprimand other than a verbal warning with no follow through. Never get more than a one day "weekend". E stops need to be more abundant and easily accessible within arms reach of critical danger areas, or adequate guarding needs to be put in place- too many areas of near misses to list.
