Pros

There are no pros to working here. Abusive toxic environment. Do your research and you will realize you need to avoid this place

Cons

Narcissistic manipulative ceo. Not uncommon to see colleagues crying due to issues and abuse at the hands of the company ceo. Either suck up to the ceo or your life will be made hell. Extremely high attrition rate, people often leave and get fired at the drop of a hat. Most employees live in fear of their jobs. You will be better off not working at all than taking up a job here

Reading a review like this is hard - because we want any team members that leave to look back on their time at Rotageek fondly. It’s important to us that everyone feels that they have grown in their time at Rotageek. Reading this review is shocking - to say the least. The culture we’re building up at Rotageek is really important to everyone in the business . This company was built up to help improve our users’ work-life balance, and as an employer we (and I absolutely include myself here) have our hearts set on creating a workplace that everyone loves to be part of. That’s why we have built up a flat hierarchy, that’s why we offer unlimited vacations and flexible working, above-average pay, training opportunities and investment in all our people, etc. So far, our culture and team-dynamic have been some of the main reasons why our team members stay with us, and remain in touch with us long after they move on in their careers. No-one has ever been fired at the drop of a hat. Realising that a team member should no longer be at Rotageek is always difficult - and it’s important to handle such situations carefully, ensuring any conversations around the possibility of leaving are held strictly between the employee and management. Anything else would be classified as gossip. If we do let a team member go, we’ll have had a number of conversations with them beforehand. They’ll know things aren’t working out, and they’ll have had a chance to work on any issues we highlight. I’m sad to read this, because having someone leave and look back negatively is the last thing we want to achieve. Reviews like this are not to be taken lightly - regardless of whether or not they are true, it’s important to acknowledge that we let a team member go and feel unhappy about it. That should never happen. All the best, Chris
