RE: Metrics:
As a sales organization, our data-driven insights have identified the optimal metrics required by our Coworkers, to achieve success. Our top performers will attest to the same as pivotal to their success, and we expect the same of our Coworkers – even in a remote environment.
RE: DEI:
Ensuring our Coworkers feel they belong, have a voice, and equal opportunities to excel is integral to our journey at Roth Staffing. We were saddened to read that in your opinion of this program, you’ve not experienced the same during your time here at Roth Staffing. While initiatives to drive change in the areas of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) are always a work in progress, we are proud of the evolution of our Belonging program, including our Coworker Resource Groups (CRGs) – which were established based on direct input from our Coworkers. Our CRG communities build connection via ongoing meaningful dialogue, sharing, discovery, as well as mentoring among coworkers and allies. Our Company and our CRGs partner with outside organizations in a myriad of ways to enhance our initiatives, including recruitment of diverse candidates. We have several established communities, and more on the way in 2024. Our ‘From the Heart’ team certainly welcomes your suggestions on how to best enliven these communities and bring a greater value to you.
