Pros
Most locations in the PNW are franchised. Very family oriented. A very young workforce which can be fun. Scheduling is very flexible. No super late nights. Laid back work environment. Party season is fun with upwards of 15 banquets on Saturday and Sunday. It's challenging and fun showing teenagers how to behave as adults.
Cons
In working for a franchise there is no promotional growth beyond GM. Low wages compared to similar positions. Limited resources. Sales are hard to predict.. Customers constantly complain about prices.
