You get to do everything and learn the system through and through.

Invite people they can't afford for interviews multiple times wasting everyone's time just to get their outlook. CEO manages everything and keeps track of your every minute, it's too frustrating. Salaries are never paid on time, you get salaries in small amounts multiple times that too after fighting over it a lot. There's is a time to come but not a time to go, salary is deducted even if you are a minute late. The team is too small, there's no one to tell or teach you, you learn everything by hit and trial and if something goes wrong, CEO goes mad on everyone. No outings, no parties, only mandatory birthday celebrations because company is always short of cash. No culture of work from home, you can take leaves but they will deduct them from your salary. Your allowed leaves are never accounted in your salary, every month you have to fight for it. There is no HR, no CTO, no accounts person, just a one room office with 10 people in it. Whole staff has changed over the last year twice, everyone who joins either leaves or is fired. There's no firing policy, all depends on CEO's mood.

Have not been in any other environment where you learn so much. Management is happy if you try something new and there is flexibility in the job description. You work with senior people often. Teammates were very nice.

Can get too intense. Excuses are not tolerated, even if they are legitimate. For new employees there is lots of pressure to learn fast and if not I have seen people get fired.
