      Flexible work environment stressing onsite but plenty of leeway to set schedule and time away.

      Cons

      Different teams not always on the same page. Teams have own goals which may not be aligned across management. Some managers better as individual contributors.

      Cons

      - Bad pay - Extremely high call volume with very little time off the phones - Changes are made without consulting agents first - hurts workflow - Management doesn't care - Level 2 and 3 teams don't read tickets half of the time - No room for career growth - Have to request ALL time off including all holidays
