Pros
+ People really get along and enjoy working with each other + Really supportive managers, in particular the head of engineering is one of the best bosses I have worked for. + The work is both interesting and challenging and always approached in a "can do" attitude. + As the company is new, and still finding its feet, there is a real excitement about both the product and the company's future.
Cons
- So much to do, it is some times hard to know where to start! Occasionally this can be overwhelming, what with the amount of change and simply the amount of work to do!
