      Shifts, STIP, good salary, nice site facilities compared to others

      Cons

      Technology team is about connections. There is no way of surviving or getting anywhere if you don't know someone who knows someone. Management is shocking. All noise and no real action. Crazy deadlines Crazy KPIs They try to make it impossible to like the place. Used to be a good company. Favouritism and nepotism.
