There aren't really any I can genuinely think of. Just don't do it. The business is losing money and staff retention is very bad.
Cons
What you are told will happen during the interview process is not what will happen in reality. You will be hurried into as many different routes or 'duties' as possible, and expected to get huge amounts of work done that experienced colleagues would struggle with. It's sink or swim, and you don't really receive any help.
