If it's possible I would give 0 in work culture. They have the poorest work culture and management one could ever imagine. I have worked so many companies but never have gone through such horrible experience. They just want their employees to be their puppets and if employees become friends and talk or become close buddies, they can sack you even. In fact, they don't provide work experience letter and even will refuse to provide verification details to your future company (I have faced these as I became good friends with my colleagues, even my colleagues also faced so). I don't have any personal grudge on them but seriously I would suggest go through reviews guys and then decide.
