the managing director himself is the person having some psychotic problem specially with the mood swings. Always watching you over the CCTV and also do not allow you to collaborate with your colleagues and he is always abusing an employee in front of others either its a girl or a boy he has no respect for his employees, hence no one long lasts in that company. no doubt the salary will attract you too in that company as i too got tempted but you can only long last in that company at the cost of losing your self respect, if someone ready to do so make sure you are ready to lose all your self respect. other than managing director himself there are other 2-3 senior employee only in which none of the senior employee is supporting.
