Working at Rubicon Genomics has been a great experience so far. I have not come across any cons (yet).

The science is solid. The management is respectful of all individuals and their family lives. Salaries are very decent. The company is successful and financially profitable. It is growing and several products are in the pipe. Ann Arbor is a neat, fun and intellectual place to live in.
