Pros

The studio is technically inside a University so it is quite green and fresh.

Cons

Trust issues with managers. Having managers with no prior experience in games in general. Low pay Constant crunch state Not having to know people better because of employee churn Lack of activities Knowing that the thing you're working on is trash mostly Money hungry management

Pros

Great life-work balance, no toxic environment, salary based on dollar, great working conditions, very nice office, great co-workers, and friendship, great place to start in a junior position

Cons

Lack of leadership and management. Not the best place for experienced people

Pros

Working at Ruby was quite comfortable in terms of workload. Since you were only responsible for marketing the games developed within the company (which means 1-2 new different games per month), you were part of an already functioning system. This allowed you to focus on different things within your comfort zone.

Cons

Although the workload was manageable, I can't say the same for the compensation they offered. The financial compensation was below the country’s average. Management assumes this is natural given their location, but unfortunately, that’s not true. While İzmir may not be as expensive as Istanbul, it is still a relatively costly city.
