Pros

Free snacks but it will get over in 2 hours. Not a company but a college with a little amount of salary.

Cons

This is a family business of CEO and you will see all his family members as part of the management and other departments. Toxic Managers. Leaders are coming with zero experience of actual gaming background. If you're going from a gaming background then its not a good place to be at. No recognition for your work. Micromanagement is adopted. Not a fun environment like they portray. No salary increment. People are being promoted and appreciated based on the art of boot-licking. Welcome to jungle with bunch of kids who are running the bench.

Pros

Great life-work balance, no toxic environment, salary based on dollar, great working conditions, very nice office, great co-workers, and friendship, great place to start in a junior position

Cons

Lack of leadership and management. Not the best place for experienced people

Pros

Working at Ruby was quite comfortable in terms of workload. Since you were only responsible for marketing the games developed within the company (which means 1-2 new different games per month), you were part of an already functioning system. This allowed you to focus on different things within your comfort zone.

Cons

Although the workload was manageable, I can't say the same for the compensation they offered. The financial compensation was below the country’s average. Management assumes this is natural given their location, but unfortunately, that’s not true. While İzmir may not be as expensive as Istanbul, it is still a relatively costly city.
