1.Full guidance I got from my HOD Mam. 2.I got good response from my H.R's throughout the period on my serving. 3.My Portacabin department all colleagues are very supportive. 4.Overall service of Ruby General Hospital is excellent.
Cons
1.My Salary structure was not appropriate as per my capability. 2.My incharge was not cooperative with me. 3.Qualified employers not get proper salary than non capable employers. 4.Partiality rate is too high.
