Pros
Working with RH has been nothing short of fantastic. The teams are collaborative, people are responsive and kind. Every team member takes his time to respond, to reach out, to check-in. When a member of the organization left, RH makes it a point to make an announcement, making everyone aware of the changes and next steps. Customers were taken care of, listened to, and provided with sufficient support from top management. The CEO himself takes his time to meet every member of the organization and was cool enough to be responding to emails or chat messages.
Cons
Not much except that it let a crappy company acquire it, causing a total disruption in operations and a disaster in culture alignment. Customers were left groping in the dark with zero transparency, crazy hidden fees, and were forced to submit to the new company's rates and policies. People were fired left and right. Ruby Has people were fired left and right, removing the most crucial members of the organization.
