Can you give an option of no stars? - Anonymous employee Ruby Ribbon Employee Review

For a company who puts up a front about "impowering women" they sure don't do that for their employees. There is no HR department so if you want to file a complaint, don't bother because you'll be told to "get over it." Oh and if you do complain about anyone or anything, the entire company will know about it by the end of the day. They play favorites with their Stylists who earn the most money for the company and the ones who are not big with sales dont get any attention. Same with employees -- all about favorites. This place is incredibly toxic.
