Pros

Pretty good management ( especially for food service) & good steady work/pay. If you work hard, & show up when you're scheduled, you'll get as many hours as you want. If you don't show up, call out a lot, you don't. I always showed up for my shift, & didn't cause problems, so I got lots of hours, & I made great tips, but I was also a pretty great waitress :)- so pay is relative. I also got regularly scheduled shifts/days- so I could have a life outside of work. I was honestly a bit nervous getting back into serving/waiting tables since it had been over 10 years since I had done it, but everyone was chill & I had a good trainer & I got back into the swing of things after about a week. The location I worked at employed a mix of high school & college students & older (30+) (like myself) people working there, so it was neat interacting with all sorts of people w/ different life styles, & everyone was really nice to me. My immediate manager (a woman- Kim I think) was great. She worked really hard & treated everyone decent. I would have worked there longer but I moved out of state.

Cons

Just the typical cons of being a waiter/server, nothing to do with the company. You're on your feet for long hours, sometimes customers can be rude, but I didn't take it personally, they were just having a bad day, & I took it as a challenge to make them smile, which they usually did, & got a good tip after all.
