- Great team environment - Culture is amazing - Executive team is outstanding

- not being able to see employees everyday

- Virtually no meetings, at least from a remote perspective

- Generally need to figure out a lot of stuff yourself, the system is extremely custom so it could be difficult to acclimate quickly, especially with no reference, may feel like you're driving blind half the time - Given the kind of company it is, if you don't share the political affiliation of the company mission, it could low key be kind of a bummer
