6yThank you for your feedback. The advice to management is very helpful. We are close to launching a new Performance Management tool and process designed to provide better feedback and interaction between employees and their supervisors. The Learning & Development department is building a Foundational Leadership program that will address financial management process improvement. Our annual survey tool, Our Voice, is a great way to provide 360 degree feedback, which I hope you had the opportunity to participate in. Communication is key focus for the Company and our survey results tell us we continue to make great strides in improvement in this area. We are committed to continue to get better in this area.
