      Pros

      So understaffed in the IT department that you get to learn anything you want. If you like working non-stop...this is a great opportunity.

      Cons

      Tons of management, and no workers. The IT OPs department used to have one director, now its 3 and several "managers". Loyalty means nothing. Canned after 10 years, for minor issue.

      If you like working 24/7/365 you will do great here.

      Cons

      Upper management is out of touch, using earned PTO is frowned upon, turnover is very high company wide. 401k match is abysmal, PTO is less than market average, no sick time until first anniversary, expensive healthcare premiums.
