Pros
Great experience working at rush. the work was a lot of fun. got to work on projects for big brands but also local customers, great mix. each project was unique, no two days at rush are the same. the large format printing equipment was advanced yet easy to work with and lot of fun. unfortunately had to relocate and move from the area for personal reasons otherwise would have stayed
Cons
during busy times you will be asked to work overtime. they do pay overtime wages and are respectful of your time, allowing production employees to work schedules out on their own based on what works best for employees
