Pros

The sales people are some of the best people I have ever met. Working with them was the highlight of my time there and they are absolutely amazing.

Cons

Management treats all employees that are not sales engineers like children. They micromanage you, do not encourage you to grow, control every aspect of your day and do not instill trust. They are bosses who blame, stifle exceptional employees and have no concept of how to build a team or how to be a leader. The work environment is stressful and makes employees (especially hourly ones) feel unappreciated and as if they have no worth and are replaceable bodies in a chair.

You will learn a lot in a very short period of time

Cons

Unlike most hvac companies this one runs year round with no stopping so I hope your ready for some long days

Pros

- Friendly staff and easy to get along with. - Job is easy.

Cons

- Really poor pay for Project Coordinators. - Career growth nonexistent, unless you are in sales or engineering. - Practically no work/life balance. If you are hourly pay, you do not accrue any PTO until 6 months in. Holiday schedule is also very weak compared to other companies. - Project Coordination supervisor is horrible. Many complaints about her in the past, but no consequences. - Incentive pay (quarterly bonus) is super poor for Project Coordinators.
