Based on my personal experience there's a lot of rhetoric about core values but the company doesn't embrace their own value system. Senior management is grossly incompetent, deceptive and even unethical. I saw many good employees come and go during my time there and the company shrunk in size. Management doesn't seem to appreciate people on an individual level. Employee contributions and skillsets are seldom recognized. As a result you will only be viewed as part of the TEAM, nothing more. Extremely limited opportunity for advancement, many employees do not advance to past the position they were hired for. Employees are often afraid to speak up. I would not recommend working here.
