not much, get a good car but thats it, even the holidays are minimum. I suppose you get a week at Christmas but that deducted from your holidays
Cons
big brother watching, all the time. micromanaging, micromanaging, micromanaging, micromanaging, wow with no trust in their employees, in fact they would want a detailed spreadsheet if you went to the toilet. they tell you that you must do your emails at night in your own time
