Pros
Great benefits and relaxed atmosphere. Experiences will vary depending on the department you work in. But overall it is a good place to learn basic accounting concepts without a stressful environment. Again, I stress that this can change depending on the department, but in my department it was a positive experience.
Cons
Depending on the department, some professors can be tough to work with. Some departments also have staff that can be difficult to work with as well. May also have to deal with some politics and brown-nosing as well but that can be experienced at almost any company on some level.
