Highly toxic environment, a failing company that is unable to scale up. Do yourself a favor and do not accept that offer. If you already work here, start looking elsewhere as soon as possible. And, no matter what, do not accept a counter-offer. Biggest trap. You will end up doing the job of three people. There are better employers out there. C-level are players and will lie through their teeth about growth and opportunity. There will be none unless you are part of a clique of employees which consists of past friends and relatives of the CEO. This includes HR so favoritism abounds.
