Pros
Since the size of the organization is small, we are getting an opportunity to learn new things besides our day to day operations. We may not have these kinds of opportunities in other organizations. I am glad to be a part of this organization
Cons
Some of the Senior Associate team members are not happy with their career progression considering that it is stagnant. Respective managers should look at identifying new opportunities for them to keep them happy and focused on their tasks.
