Pros
- Amazing benefits package. - Maternity/Paternity leave that far exceeds most companies out there. - MyRyan vacation plan is essential for working families. - Stable. I'm not worried that this company is going to go under or get sold. - Willing to accept the criticism from employees and change because of it.
Cons
- It's not a fun place. If you're looking for a fun working environment, this is not the place for you. - The CEO is great. Middle management is a problem. There's more than enough "don't let Brint know" conversations going on. If Brint actually knew what problems we faced on the lower rungs, he would be pressing middle management to come up with a solution...and fast. As is, if you dare say anything to Brint, you're likely to get a scolding by your superiors. - Opportunities for moving up in the company seem stunted in some areas. There just isn't a job to move up to. It doesn't exist. - These guys are corporate tax experts. Not individual tax experts. Which becomes a problem when trying to get payroll and tax documents done right. - If you want to work here, then don't wait around for a job posting. Half of the jobs needed here aren't posted.
