Pros
As I was contracted out, I never met the staff in person, but they were quite friendly, responsive, and professional in all interaction I had with them. They also had a good working knowledge of the client I was contracted out to, which was instrumental in me being hired for the job.
Cons
I was a contractor. I never met the staff in person. They took care of things administratively, but the nature of the engagement never lended itself to fostering any sense of true comradery.
