Extremely limited benefits: no additional perks beyond the bare minimum. Medical insurance is one of the worst I've seen offered. Only the legally required minimum number of sick days. Raises are not performance-based—you have to push and negotiate for months (mine took 8 months). Management is often unresponsive and slow to address concerns or requests.
