      Pros

      Our director looks after us as if we are his babies, pampers us for being good and efficient employees and scolds us for our mistakes which i believe is reasonable. if a hectic project goes smoothly and we get a good response from the client, we are treated on that very same month.

      Cons

      We can really have a better office :)

      Safe job, no Performance neccassary, promotion not based on Performance, very ambitious regarding oursorcing, no longterm commtmitment needed, preference to locals given

      Cons

      No diversity, low vages, mobbing very common, racism part of culture, low quota on women employment, discrimination when Performance is exhibited, hardly any company perks
