Pros

S-NET consistently delivers on what it promises—both to clients and employees. That kind of reliability is rare and refreshing. The leadership team is engaged and supportive. They give you the tools and autonomy to be successful. There’s a strong, collaborative culture that encourages personal and professional growth. Great opportunities to learn and develop in a fast-moving, innovative environment. The team is tight-knit, and cross-department communication is smooth, which helps get things done quickly.

Cons

Brand recognition is still growing, which can make early conversations more challenging. Some growing pains as processes evolve, but nothing unusual for a fast, growing company.

Pros

Overall, this is a great place to work. The team culture is positive, colleagues are supportive, and leadership is approachable and open to feedback. The company offers good work-life balance, which is definitely a plus.

Cons

training; turn-over; onboarding. There needs to be more structure or formal guidance in the job. As new products or processes are put in place, rollout happens without any downstream teams know about them. Turnover. The sales organization does tend to have a fairly regular turnover. this from sales and Channel team. Benefits; while the company does offer a fair package for your portfolio, the health package is pretty pricey. For an individual, its pretty good, however, with spouse and/or family, its a bit costly.
