      Pros

      Great Connectivity to managment. Everyone in the workplace was polite. Flexible work hours for me as an intern. Fridays were always half days.

      Cons

      Half day fridays meant longer work hours on Monday through Thursday. Tasks were delegated well but sometimes hard to see how your work fit into the bigger picture.

      Benefits were good, culture was healthy, and the company really committed itself to ensuring workplace safety.

      Cons

      By the time I left, many things had to go through several levels of approval to get done, even simple equipment purchases.
