Pros

There's no pros of working there. All the good staff have left.

Cons

Low salary. Gas lighting. Low ballers. Toxic office manager. They base their business on stating quality design, which isn't at all their strength or expertise.

Pros

The company claims to support mentorship and professional growth. All claims stay as claims :)

Cons

Extremely Toxic Management: The leadership in the Vancouver office is manipulative, passive-aggressive, and unprofessional. The associate in charge of resourcing has complete control over who stays and who goes, making job security non-existent. • False Promises and Exploitation: They lure employees in with promises of mentorship and growth but never deliver. Instead, they use you for short-term needs and discard you without warning. • Hostile Work Culture: The environment is built on production over quality of design, with no real support or guidance. If you really care about architecture, design, and sustainability this is not the right place. They just built basic buildings that meet the codes. Leadership fosters a culture of intimidation rather than collaboration. • Retaliation for Speaking Up: If you bring up concerns to HR, you will be seen as a problem and will likely be let go. Instead of addressing toxic management, they enable it. No Job Security: Even if you are performing well and contributing to projects, management can and will take your work and hand it to someone else, then tell you there's no work for you. This is a common tactic used to push people out. Advice to Potential Employees: Do not waste your time here. If you value your mental health, job security, and career growth, stay far away from this company. Especially the Vancouver office. The management is toxic, the promises are empty, and the culture is one of fear and instability. There are far better places to work where you will actually be valued.
