      Lot of learning through innovative ideas and positive approach. All systems and tech tools are easily available and use of technology is encouraged.

      Cons

      Most of the senior management is always busy and sometimes guidance is slow to come. Visibility of technology developed and its usage is sometimes to made available to developers.
