      Pros

      Sulzer US treats its employees with care and respect. Everyone's voice matters. Management understands the value of having a personal life, and offers great benefits to reflect that: Flexible hours, PTO and sick days, casual attire, and more. They organize outings to spend time together outside of work, and celebrate basically everything--birthdays, holidays, baby announcements, etc.

      Cons

      Since we celebrate a lot, we eat cake a lot. (Though, I also see this as a Pro.)

      Pros

      Respect for all, processes are well documented, very friendly environment, challenging task to widen one's scope and quality is always valued over quantity. I enjoyed every bit of my time at S44.

      Cons

      The product is still in its early, but the future is shiny and bright.
