1. No opportunities of professional growth. Performance reviews don't exist, you can't have any impact on your pay

3. Data management is incompetent. Hard to get proper access to the data and the source systems
4. Outdated equipment and no chance to get an upgrade
5. Upper management is not trying to impove working conditions and does not care about them. The problems have been talked about for a long time, but nobody does anything to solve them.
