Cons
They are not good company for their remote workers. They will hire on full time permanent based but it might possible they are hiring for very short term project for their client (1-2 months) . if you are able to know after joining that the project is for very short term , they will say u we will provide another project no need to worry . At the end they will provide nothing. and there is no proper notice or bench period . on paper it is 1 month (it means if your project is ramped down, from that day 1 month will be notice period) but they only provide few days, if client mail few days earlier to them that they are not going to extend the project , from that they will count the bench period. So, from job security angle this SAT is pathetic.
