Old Boys Club - Anonymous employee SABOR Employee Review

There is a welcoming atmosphere at SABOR. Both the employees and leadership are kind and understanding. I haven't been here long but have been pleased with the work-life balance so far. The leadership has an open-door policy and welcomes feedback. There is an encouraging team environment and culture in place.

Training could use improvement but everyone is helpful with sharing knowledge.

None. GREEDY AND Unconscionable. SAD

Ridiculously high fees and penalties if you don't pay the fee on time. They are definitely not in the corner of real estate agents, but take advantage of them.
