While we respect that individuals may have different opinions about their employment experience, several statements in this review are inconsistent with the facts. For example, paying employees a lower rate for overtime would violate applicable wage and hour laws, which is not a practice of SAFCO. In addition, the position referenced in this review does not align with any current or former role within our organization. It's important to note though that roles with comparable responsibilities at SAFCO are classified as salaried exempt in accordance with applicable employment laws and regulations.
We also believe the description of our workplace culture is inconsistent with what prospective employees can readily observe through our company updates, employee stories, community involvement, and workplace events published on Glassdoor, Indeed, and other public channels such as LinkedIn.
We encourage candidates to conduct their own research, speak with our employees during the interview process, and evaluate SAFCO firsthand.
